Rescue 59
1997 K.M.E. Rescue/Engine - This unit is equipped with a 1250 gpm pump and holds 750 Gallons of water. Rescue 59 also features a 6000-watt light tower and 12 kw generator, mobile cascade system, Amkus hydraulic rescue tools, and a host of specialized rescue tools. 

The piece is also certified through the PA Dept. of Health as an "Advanced Rescue" as well as QRV certified when all the BLS units are out of service. 

Rescue 59 responds on all structure fires, motor vehicle accidents, and specialized rescues in the boroughs of Mayfield and Jermyn, and is also part of the Lackawanna County Decon Team. 
 

Ambulance 59-9
2000 AEV Trauma Hawk - First due truck for all BLS medical and trauma incidents for the boroughs of Mayfield and Jermyn. 

Ambulance 59-9 is a member of the PA Dept of Health's Region 5 Strike Team and is capable of responding anywhere in the nation and is able to operate for up to two weeks.

Ambulance 59-8
1996 AEV Trauma Hawk - Second due BLS truck for all medical and trauma incidents for the boroughs of Mayfield and Jermyn.

Squad 59
2003 Ford F550 – This unit is our specialty-equipped Firefighter Rehab Unit. Squad 59 features a 7.5 Kw generator and scene lights. 

Squad 59 is the only solely designated Rehab Unit in Lackawanna County. 

Squad 59 is also QRV certified when all BLS units are out of service.   Squad 59 is also part of the Lackawanna County Decon Team and the Pa Dept. of Health's Region 5 Strike Team
